Louisville Automotive Shop

Incredible service - recommended by AutoZone for diagnosis; post battery installation at Costco (negative experience) , electrical systems not working. Late afternoon and in spite of the fact they were quite busy , they took the time to check our systems and get us back on the road (would have had to leave car otherwise). Excellent customer service, comfortable clean shop and office and the price was definitely right! Will definitely return for any other auto needs and have recommended to family and friends!

Love that they've checked in with me over texts while I wait for a UV dye test to detect the source of an oil leak. Their advisor took time to talk with me about a more extensive estimate to keep my 120k Subaru running well and explained what the safety implications/order of priority is for each recommendation so I don't have to feel like it all is urgent. Pricing for this service was better than the Subaru dealership where she's usually gone since I got her at 26k. I think moving forward it'll be great to have people who take time to relationship build with me and the car.

Excellent automotive shop—easily one of the best independent facilities in the city. I would trust this team with any vehicle brand, domestic or foreign. The technicians are incredibly personable and take the time to explain every detail of the service. This is likely the most professional shop you will encounter, significantly outperforming even luxury car dealerships. They provide photographic evidence of everything they find, clearly highlighting potential issues to watch for in the future. I never felt pressured; they were patient and thorough in answering all of my questions. The facility itself is extremely clean, featuring a very comfortable waiting area stocked with snacks. The staff is also exceptionally thoughtful—upon seeing that I had my children with me, they kindly offered to show them the inner workings of a car (with my permission). It was a wonderful gesture that the kids absolutely loved. I cannot say enough positive things about this business. Visit this shop before heading to a dealership; you will not be disappointed.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The price for the full synthetic oil change was cheaper than other places in town and they did a check-up at no charge. I really liked the photos they sent along with recommendations. I had made an appointment and I was in and out quickly. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the lobby was and to be offered snacks and refreshments. If the other prices are comparable I will come here in the future even though other shops may be closer.

I visited the automotive shop located at 4409 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218 for service on my vehicle, and overall it was a decent experience with some things worth pointing out. The first challenge was parking. The lot is very limited in space, so if you arrive during a busy time, expect to squeeze in or wait for a spot to open. Inside, the customer lounge is small, with only four chairs. When I visited, I ended up being the fifth person waiting, which meant I had to stand until another customer’s car was finished. Not the most comfortable situation, but understandable given it’s a smaller shop. They do try to make the wait better by offering complimentary coffee, bottled water, and chips, which was a thoughtful touch. Payment is straightforward, but one important note is that they do not accept personal or company checks, so be sure to bring cash or a card. They also advertise a drop-off service within 5 miles, though when I asked, they couldn’t provide it that day due to short staffing. Another key policy to know is that a $65/day storage fee applies 72 hours after vehicle completion or service refusal. The highlight of my visit was the front desk lady, who was polite,
